Tickling is the BDSM practice that is usually forgotten. Unfairly forgotten. Let’s remind ourselves of it.

Tickling and BDSM

At first view Tickling has nothing to do with BDSM, but we assure you it has. This practice is unfairly left without attention. Some people, being tickled, feel nothing, others enjoy it. Although it leads to laugh, most of us find it uncomfortable.

So, why does tickling make us feel this way? American writer I. Jonson has a hypothesis that our body reacts to tickle as it is a threat. But our brain thinks otherwise, sends impulses to our nervous system and we laugh. The more tickling is, the more impulses are sent to our nerves and the more we laugh.

There is another tickle theory. It's said to be natural "generator of a good mood". Our body at the moment of tickling starts to produce hormones, which develop our immunity system and the ability to cope with stress.

However, scientists of the University of California found in their research that laughing and convulsive twitching we make while being tickled have nothing in common with fun. These are ways of our body to signal that person feels uncomfortable.

The most interesting fact is that no human can tickle himself. Our nervous system is structured the way that self-torture is impossible. But we can nothing but laugh, if someone tickles us.

As BDSM practice, tickling has been used for a long time in different countries. In Arab countries tickle with hair is widely used. Africans prefer tickling with pressure. Chinese people are used to excite the partner by tickling his/her foot.

But, this way of turning on your partner may also be a torture. Long time ago it was used as inquisition during interrogations or as punishment for criminals. The point is that an intensive and continuous tickling makes the nervous system of the person very excited, the sensitivity increases that even a light touch feels like a terrible kick. So, if you torture somebody in this way for a long time, this person will soon have a Sydenham's cough (when it's hard to breath) and then die of asphyxia. Now tickling somebody into the grave sounds not so funny.

Such practice in BDSM is not rare and if you exercise in this a little, Submissive may have a breathtaking orgasm. Best of all would be to fix her so that she had no opportunity to avoid the influence. Any impromptu means may be helpful – feathers, paint-brushes, and brushes of various stiffness degree.

It is also possible to combine tickling with other practices, for example with flogging – change an intensive flogging to a gentle tickling and vice versa.

There are a lot of zones to influence with a feather, not just a foot and armpit

There are several tickling techniques:

Dabbing with several fingers, pressing to stimulate the sensitive place of a body. It is better to use on hips, sides, back, or stomach. Constant fingering on her breast, hips, back, or belly will do the same effect.

Scraper. This technique should be done with long nails. Light touch and scrap of your partner's neck, armpits, or bend of elbow make her moan with pleasure.

Making "a path" on the Bottom's body with feather, stick, or brush. For example, you can make "a path" from her ankle to inner side of hip.

And, of course, it's always important to use the effect of surprise, so your partner didn't know the place of tickling. It always brings adrenaline buzz into your game.

Still thinking that tickling doesn't belong to BDSM? Try it on your partner and you'll be impressed.
